Base Creator Rewards

No purchase necessary. A purchase, transaction or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. A purchase, transaction or payment of any kind is not necessary to enter the Program.

Participating in the Base Creator Rewards (the "Program") constitutes your express consent and acceptance of these Program Terms. By participating in the Program, you represent and warrant you meet the eligibility requirements stated in these Program Rules and acknowledge that failure to meet all eligibility requirements will result in your disqualification.

Participation is limited solely to legal residents who do not fall under the excluded countries listed in Section 2 of the Program Rules Void where prohibited by law.

This Program shall be construed according to and governed exclusively by U.S. law.

1. Program Period(s): The Program occurs weekly and begins on Monday of each week at 00:00:00 Coordinated Universal Time ("UTC") and ends on the following Sunday at 23:59:59 UTC (each a "Program Period") The first Program Period begins on July 14, 2025. (e.g. July 14, 2025 - July 20, 2025). Sponsor has sole discretion regarding the end date of the Program.

Sponsor's computer systems or that of their designee is the Program time-keeping device for the Program.

2. Eligibility: The Program is open only to legal residents who do not fall under the excluded countries listed in Section 2 of the Program Rules who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (an eligible "Creator"). Countries excluded from the Program include Dominican Republic, Italy, Latvia, Malta, Philippines, Singapore, Slovenia, and all sanctioned OFAC countries. Coinbase Bermuda Technologies Limited (the "Sponsor"), their parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, Program agencies and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and assigns (collectively "Released Parties") are eligible to participate; however, employees or any of its affiliates who worked on the App are not eligible.

Should a Creator during the Program Period travel to any excluded country listed in Section 2 and engage on the App receiving a reward, the reward will accrue for ninety (90) days once completion of the Program Period. Failure to enter into an included country after the ninety (90) days will result in forfeiture of reward.

3. How to Enter: There is one (1) method of entry:

Creator must complete the full onboarding process for the Base app ("App"). Upon completion of full enrollment, Creator will be automatically enrolled into the Program. For Creators who are residents of the United States, this enrollment process will require the completion of additional, mandated enrollment questions. Any attempt by any Creator to obtain multiple Base names by using multiple/different email addresses or any other method will void that Creator's reward and that Creator may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a Potential Winner, the entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Creator's Base account (or submitted with the mail-in entry, as applicable) ("Creator's Email Address"), and a Potential Winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email account. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to the applicable email account.

US Residents Only: If you do not have a Coinbase account, provide required information as requested online at coinbase.com (inclusive of Social Security number) and complete the required ID verification process (upload a valid and current driver's license, passport or state ID and complete a set of identity-verification questions). There is no fee or charge to create an account and become a registered Coinbase user. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by each Creator's mobile service provider may apply. By submitting your information and creating an account, you agree to the Coinbase User Agreement and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy, you cannot create a Coinbase account, and will be ineligible to receive a reward in the Program.

Creators engaging on the App are solely responsible for the legality of their posts. Sponsor may in its sole discretion remove any posts from the App, which may affect the Creator's Score within the leaderboard results and the rewards they are entitled to receive.

4. Score Determination: Each Creator has the ability to obtain a Creator Score ("Score") by engaging in qualifying activities (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) within the App. Creators can see their place within the leaderboard throughout the Program Period. Upon conclusion of the weekly Program Period, all Creator Points will reset for the next weekly Program Period.

5. Potential Winner Notification: Potential Winners will be contacted within five (5) days of the end of the Program Period via in-app notification and push notification.

NOTE: To claim a reward in this Program, all Potential Winners must have an active Coinbase Wallet, which has been verified by Sponsor, at the time of awarding the reward as specified in these Program Rules. Creating an account will require the collection of personal information for identity verification purposes, including a valid and current driver's license, passport or state ID and completion of a set of identity-verification questions. Potential Winners that do not have a Coinbase Wallet and/or if their Coinbase Wallet account is not verified by Sponsor within the above time frame will be disqualified.

All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. A Creator is not a Winner of any reward unless and until that Creator's eligibility and compliance with all requirements to claim a reward have been verified and fulfilled, and the Creator has been notified that verification is complete.

6. Reward and Reward Restrictions:

Total approximate value of all rewards is Thirteen Thousand Dollars ($13,000 USD). All reward values stated herein are in US Dollars. Note, not all rewards may be awarded depending on the number of Creators and Scores.

Rewards will be fulfilled within 5 (five) days of the completion of each Program Period. Fulfillment of the reward will be directly to the Creator's Coinbase Wallet that is linked with a Farcaster ID that generated the App engagement. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures and applicable deadlines for responding in connection with the selection of any alternate winner. If a reward is legitimately claimed, it will be awarded. Upon reward forfeiture or inability to use a portion of the reward thereof, no compensation will be given, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to that Creator.

Rewards are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, where lawful, to substitute a reward for one (1) of equal or greater value if the designated reward should become unavailable for any reason. Rewards consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the reward. In no event will more than the stated number of rewards be awarded. Reward details not specifically stated in these Program Rules will be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for, and will not replace, any lost or stolen reward or reward component or any reward that is undeliverable. Creators acknowledge that Sponsor is subject to U.S. economic restrictions and trade sanctions; as such, Sponsor reserves the right to deny distribution of any reward when required by applicable law. Creators waive the right to assert as a cost of winning a reward, any costs associated with claiming or seeking to claim a reward, or using a reward.

7. Taxes: Creators are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes related to the reward(s). Each Creator will be subject to an onboarding verification process and is required to provide any requested tax reporting information before any reward is awarded. The value of any reward awarded to a Creator will be reported for tax purposes as required by law.

8. Release: To the extent permitted by law, Creators agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action or liability (including but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation and/or invasion of privacy) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Program or acceptance/receipt/use or misuse of any reward, and agree to be bound by the Program Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Sponsor's representatives. Acceptance of a reward constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use Creator's name, likeness, photograph and/or hometown and state for advertising and trade without further compensation, in any media, worldwide, unless prohibited by law.

9. General: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS Program IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor will not be responsible for any technical problems, faulty, lost, garbled, incomplete, incorrect or mistranscribed data transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, malfunctions, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer/mobile device related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with this Program. Sponsor is not responsible for malfunctions or breakdown of any network systems, unavailable service connections, lost, incomplete, faulty network connectivity of any kind, failures of any service providers, or any combination thereof, which may limit a person's ability to participate in this Program. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Program if it cannot be executed as planned for any reason including, but not limited to, if fraud, human error, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Program; or if a virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Program as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Program is so canceled or modified, Sponsor may award rewards from among all eligible Creators prior to such action and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to any Creator in connection with this Program. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in Program materials and the terms and conditions of the Program Rules, the Program Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. Sponsor will not be responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Program or in the announcement of the rewards.

10. Disputes, Class Action Waiver and Agreement to Arbitrate: Creators are subject to the terms of the Base Arbitration Agreement. Those terms include, among other things, a class action and jury trial waiver. Please read those terms carefully.

FOR GERMANY RESIDENTS: If you have an issue with Coinbase, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to attempt to resolve it, as doing so is the most efficient way of resolving your issue.

In the event of a complaint which has not been resolved with your contact with Coinbase Support, please use our complaint form to set out the cause of your complaint, how you would like us to resolve the complaint and any other information you believe to be relevant. The complaint form can be found on the Coinbase Support pages, help.coinbase.com or can be requested from Coinbase Customer Support. Coinbase will acknowledge receipt of your complaint form after you submit it. A customer complaints officer (an "Officer") will consider your complaint. The Officer will consider your complaint without prejudice based on the information you have provided, and any information provided by Coinbase. Within fifteen (15) business days of our receipt of your complaint the Officer will address all points raised in your complaint by sending you an email ("Resolution Notice") in which the Officer will: (i) offer to resolve you complaint in the way you requested; (ii) make a determination rejecting your complaint and set out the reasons for the rejection; or (iii) offer to resolve your complaint with an alternative solution. In certain circumstances, if the Officer is unable to respond to your complaint within 15 business days, the Officer will (unless prohibited by applicable law) send you a holding reply indicating the reasons for the delay in answering your complaint and specifying the deadline by which the Officer will respond to your complaint (which will be no later than thirty-five (35) business days from our receipt of the complaint). Any offer of resolution made to you will only become binding on Coinbase if accepted by you. An offer of resolution will not constitute any admission by Coinbase of any wrongdoing or liability regarding the subject matter of the complaint.

You may escalate your complaint via the following dispute processes:

In the event of possible disputes according to S 14 Sec. 1 No. 1-5 German Injunctions Act (Unterlassungsklagengesetz – "UKlaG"), including such arising out of the application of the provisions of the German Civil Code (Burgerliches Gesetzbuch "BGB") regarding distance contracts for financial services, you may submit a complaint at any time to the conciliation body of the Deutsche Bundesbank (Schlichtungsstelle der Deutschen Bundesbank), Postfach 11 12 36, 60047 Frankfurt am Main.

In the event of possible disputes according to S 14 Sec.1 No. 6-7 German Injunction Act (Unterlassungsklagengesetz, UKlaG), including such concerning other regulations in connection with contracts relating to banking businesses pursuant to section 1 para. 1a sentence 2 of the German Banking Act or financial services pursuant to section 1 para. 1a sentence 2 of the German Banking Act, you may submit a complaint at any time to the conciliation body of Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Schlichtungsstelle der Bundesanstalt fur Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht) Graurheindorfer Str.108, 53117 Bonn, fax 0228 41 08 15 50, e-mail: postelle@ bafin.de or by means of a form at www.bafin.de.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home2.show. This platform can be used by you for the extrajudicial dispute arising from an online contract with Coinbase.

In addition, for any complaints or disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany. This jurisdiction shall be exclusive if you are a businessperson in the meaning of the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch, HGB), a legal person under public law or a public law special asset or if you so not have any registered offices or usual place of residence (permanent address) in the Federal Republic of Germany. Coinbase does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer conciliation body.

FOR AUSTRALIAN RESIDENTS: Complaints and Disputes: For any feedback, questions, or complaints, contact Coinbase via the 'Customer Supportʼ webpage at https://help.coinbase.com.

Complaints: For any complaints, Creator agrees to first contact the Customer Support team as set out above to attempt to resolve such complaint. If Coinbase cannot resolve the dispute through its support team, the parties agree to use the complaints process set out in this Section. Creator agrees to use this process before commencing any action as set out below. If Creator does not follow the procedures set out in this Section before pursuing an action, Coinbase shall have the right to ask the relevant court/authority to dismiss Creators action/application unless and until Creator completes the following steps.

In the event of a complaint which has not been resolved through contact with Coinbaseʼs Customer Support, Creator should use the complaint form to set out the cause of the complaint, how you would like Coinbase to resolve the complaint, and any other information Creator believes to be relevant. The complaint form can be found on the Coinbase support pages, https://help.coinbase.com or can be requested from Coinbase Customer Support. Coinbase will acknowledge receipt of the complaint form after it is submitted. The complaints process set out in this Section is completed when Coinbase responds to the complaint or forty-five (45) business days after the date on which the complaint is received, whichever occurs first.

Any offer of resolution made to Creator will only become binding on Coinbase if accepted by Creator. An offer of resolution will not constitute any admission by Coinbase of any wrongdoing or liability regarding the subject matter of the complaint.

If Coinbase has not been able to resolve a complaint via the complaint process set out in this Section, Creator may escalate the complaint via the dispute processes set out below, as applicable.

Disputes: Creator agrees that none of the dispute processes set out below shall be commenced, in whole or in part, until the complaint process set out in this Section has been completed, although nothing herein shall be construed as preventing either party from seeking conservatory or similar interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Creator and Coinbase agree that any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating in any way to this Program, including any dispute, claim, or cause of action relating to any rewards awarded in this Program, and including any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or related to the interpretation or application of this disputes provision or these Program Rules, including the enforceability, revocability, scope, or validity of this disputes provision, that cannot be resolved via the complaint process set out above, may be adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction located in the Australian State or Territory in which the Creator resides.

11. Limitation of Liability: TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY AMOUNT GREATER THAN (I) THE HIGHEST VALUE OF ANY reward OFFERED IN THIS PROGRAM; OR (II) ANY LOST PROFITS, OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, INTANGIBLE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE Program, EVEN IF AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ANY AGREED OR OTHER REMEDY OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT A FINAL JUDICIAL DETERMINATION IS MADE THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE THE RESULT OF SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR'S GROSS NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR INTENTIONAL VIOLATION OF LAW.

FOR AUSTRALIAN RESIDENTS: Despite the foregoing, nothing in these Program Rules limits, excludes, or modifies (or purports to limit, exclude or modify) any statutory consumer guarantees or any implied condition or warranty, the exclusion of which these Program Rules would contravene any statute or cause any part of these Program Rules to be void. Subject to the limitations in the preceding sentence, the Sponsor excludes from these Program Rules all conditions, warranties, and terms implied by statute, general law or custom.

12. Creator's Personal Information: Information collected from Creators is subject to Base Account and Base App Privacy Policy. Sponsor assures that your information will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Data will be stored in the United States and may be shared with a third-party fulfillment company only to administer this Program, verify winners, and fulfill rewards unless you have given your prior express consent to receive additional information from Sponsor or a third party.
